Don't Die Except As Muslims

Don't Die Except As Muslims

Death for a Muslim is the beginning of the next journey. It is the first stop to eternity. All future stops will be determined by your death. The next stop will be the life in the grave -- it's either a torment or blessing. Then Judgment Day, when everyone will find their final abode -- Paradise or Hell. There is no other stops after this.

O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him]
[Qur'an, AleImran 3:102]

Worship Allah Sincerely

Worship Allah Sincerely

Allāh has commanded us to worship and obey Him with sincerity, out of reverence, love and thankfulness.

Allāh says in the Qur’ān, “And they are ordered to serve Allāh only, keeping religion pure for Him,
to remain upright, and to establish worship and to pay the alms-due. That is true religion”

[Qur’an, Al Bayyinah 98:5]

Bring Quran Close To Your Heart

Bring Quran close to your heart...

Make Quality Time for the Quran -- recite with calmness and presence of heart, as well as study the meanings of the verses.

Create a Wholesome Quran Experience -- Engage your eyes while reading the text. Busy your tongue with measured and melodic recitation. Fill your ears with personal recitation or listen to other reciters. Encourage others to connect with the Quran too.

Connect to Daily Life -- Keep the Quran close to you – to recite and listen to it  frequently. Ponder deeply and take lessons from meanings, trying to connect these with daily life events. Connecting with such lessons (patience, forgiveness, modesty, hope etc.) will evoke emotions.

Open Your Heart --The Quran has been given to us as a gift for guidance. Guidance to the path of peace we often crave. Our hearts are always yearning for peace, and calmness amidst our busy lives.

Ask Allah Almighty -- Make sincere Du’a for a heart that is attached to the Quran and submits to it. And limbs that act upon it’s teachings and a character that is reformed through the lessons within.

The Quran refused to be learned for the sake of other than Allah. The one who is sincere will learn it and the one who is not will quit eventually.

Your Endless Good Deeds

Your Endless Good Deeds

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger, Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "When a human being dies, all of his deeds are terminated except for three types: an ongoing charity, a knowledge (of Islam) from which others benefit, and a righteous child who makes du'a for him." [Muslim and others]

May Allah grant us righteous offspring, increase us in beneficial knowledge and on-going charity. Aameen

Be With The Righteous Servants of Allah to Learn Good Manners

Be with the righteous servants of Allah to learn good manners

"And the servants of the Most Merciful are those who walk upon the earth easily, and when the ignorant address them [harshly], they say [words of] peace, (63)" [Quran, Al Furqan 25:63]

The defining characteristic of a servant of Allah is the lack of arrogance. They have humility and they are humble. They are not known for abrasiveness, callous and harsh manners. They are interacting with people and they are not hermits. They are involved in society and active with their communities. When some person confronts them or want to start an argument, they don't even get involve in the argument. They have good manners.
