In Times of Calamity

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 

In times of calamity, 

there are those who defend the body

and there are those who defend the soul

We are being tested with our deen and our faith

كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلْمَوْتِ

Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. [Quran, AleImran 3:185]

When we die, we don’t know where we will end up

May Allah grant us an excellent ending and the highest Paradise. Aameen.

What do you do here?

Be prepared for your own judgment day

You learn your deen, teach it, and practice it

You protect your soul and mind

You protect the souls and mind of the children

Don’t despair

When you are in pain, it should give you courage

Courage to show theTruth and follow the Truth 

Wake up in the last third of the night

and ask Allah, beg Allah, cry your heart out

Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our Protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people. [Quran, Al Baqarah 2:286]
