Mushaf versus Quran
Mushaf versus Quran
Mushaf means the book. Quran means the recital. You can reflect those sounds to a good degree with writing them down. The mushaf aids to the preservation of the reading of the Quran.
Quran is defined as what has reached us in mass transmission of how the Quran is recited, and not how it is written, let alone the translation.
Quran has reached us through teachers of the Quran reciting to their students and correcting with them their recital over months and years until they become experts at reciting the Quran with absolute perfection.
The authority for what the Quran is the Quran recital and not the book. The person who has an ijazah (license) to convey the Quran to the next generation, they have a sanad (chain of transmission) going back to, maybe 25 people between them and the Prophet (ﷺ), generation to generation of experts and masters, and this person represents what the Quran is, not necessarily what's in the book.

Remember Often The Terminator Of Pleasures

Remember Often The Terminator Of Pleasures
Allah Most High says,
Every soul will, without doubt, fully experience death.
[Quran, AleImran 3:185, Al Anbiya’ 21:35, Al Ankabut 29:57]
Every soul is tasting death. This is not just in the future sense, but your life is leaving you and death is coming ever closer at every moment. At a spiritual level, you are dying at every moment as you have no intrinsic existence in yourself. Your existence is a gift from Allah. You wink into existence because Allah grants you existence. He sustains you. Were it not for Allah continuing to sustain you, you would wink out of existence. So that’s why in reality at every moment we are tasting death.
Abu Hurayrah reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, “Remember often the destroyer of pleasures: death.” [At-Tirmidhi]
How do we do this? Know your realities. Who are you? Who is your Creator? You are a servant of Allah, you have a Creator and you were created with a purpose. The purpose is to know and serve Allah through the ways of good that the Prophets have made clear to us.
Death is simply a transition from the life of this world to the life of the interworld (which precedes the hereafter and resurrection). There are realities that come after death.

Let’s Read Surah Kahf Today (Friday) ~The Best Gift For Your Children Is Being Righteous Parents ~
“And as for the wall, it belonged to two orphan boys in the city, and there was beneath it a treasure for them, and their father had been righteous. So your Lord intended that they reach maturity and extract their treasure, as a mercy from your Lord.” [Quran, Al Kahf 18:82]
This ayah carries a hint that arrangements were made to have the buried treasure secured for the orphan children through al-Khidir because the father of the orphan children was a pious man, dear in the sight of Allah. It was to grant his wish and to bring benefit to his children that Allah made this arrangement. Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir says: 'It is because of the piety and righteousness of a servant of His that Allah protects his children.' (Mazhari) This ayah also indicates that people too should show consideration and affection for the children of the learned and the pious - unless, of course, they were to succumb to disbelief and sin. We Are The Ummah Of Best Intentions ~ Intentions After Ramadhan ~
“People will be resurrected (and judged) according to their intentions.”[Ibn Maajah]
We intend to be among those whose entire year is Ramadhan.
We intend that our connection with Allah is expressed in our actions throughout the day and the night.
We intend to serve the Umma in the best way by focusing on the Three Objectives: knowledge, devotion and service.
We intend to seek the pleasure of Allah and to make His Messenger ﷺ happy in all that we do.
We intend to attain an increase in presence of heart with Allah at all times but especially during the prayer and recitation of the Qur’an and the adhkar.
We intend to establish gatherings with our brothers and sisters who we love for Allah’s sake.
We
intend to fast the Six Days of Shawwal and other blessed days such as
Tasua’ and Ashura (9th and 10th Muharram) and the Day of Arafa and at
least three days in every month.
[Intentions of Habib Umar bin Hafiz]
"Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah), so each man will have what he intended. [Muslim]

No Excuse For Not Praying On Time
The Fiqh Of Reciting And Touching The Quran For Women According To The Maliki School – Ustadh Abdus Shakur Brooks
BY USTADH ABDUS SHAKUR BROOKS
Women, [1] in regards to reciting and touching the Quran can be classified into five categories:
1) When she is free from menses and lochia/postnatal bleeding
2) When she is menstruating
3) When she is menstruating while in the state of major impurity/janābah
4) When she completes her menses before performing the ritual washing/ghusl
5) When she in bleeding from lochia
As for the first, it is permissible for her to recite the Quran whether or not she is in the state of ablution[2]
As for touching the Quran:
-If she is in the state of ablution it is permissible to touch the Quran
-If she is not in the state of ablution she is not permitted to touch the Quran (unless she is teaching or studying it then it is permissible as a dispensation due to the difficulty of always having to maintain ablution)
As for the second, it is permissible for her to recite the Quran.
The primary rule is that it is not permissible, but a dispensation is granted in this case because she has no ability to remove her state of impurity.
As for touching the Quran:
If she is teaching or learning it then it is permissible
-If she is not doing either of the two then it is prohibited[3]
As for the third, the scholars of the school differed whether or not she is permitted to recite Quran.
The relied upon opinion/ al-mu’tamid in the school is that she is permitted. Those who permit it give preference to the dispensation of difficulty, which is granted due to the impossibility of removing the state of ritual impurity. Those who do not permit it give preference to her being in the state of major impurity/janabah which prohibits the reciting of Quran.
As for touching the Qur’an, she is not permitted.
As for the fourth, the scholars of the school differed whether she can recite the Quran or not.
The relied upon opinion is that she is not permitted to recite the Quran in this case because after her menses is complete she has the ability to remove her state or major ritual impurity and so the dispensation will not apply.
As for touching the Quran it is not permissible.
As for the fifth, she takes the same rule as a woman in menstruation according to some scholars.
NOTE:
It is permissible under all circumstances for any person, male or female, to recite a few verses of the Qur’an, whether in minor or major states of impurity, for the following purposes:
-Seeking refuge from shaytan (ex. reciting Surah Al-Nass, Al-Falaq or a Verse such as Ayatul Al-Kursi)
-Medical treatment through Quran recitation /ruqyah
-Reciting a few verses for the sake of providing a scriptural proof from the Quran.

If You Sincerely Love Allah...
Allah Almighty says,
Say, [O Muhammad], "“If you ˹sincerely˺ love Allah, then follow me; Allah will love you and forgive your sins. For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”(31) Say, [O Muhammad], “Obey Allah and His Messenger.” If they still turn away, then truly Allah does not like the disbelievers. (32)
[Quran, AleImran 3:31-32]
Allah Almighty tells those who claimed that they loved Allah and hoped to be loved by Him above the real criterion of His love. In other words, if a person claimed that he loves his Creator and Master then he must test it on the touchstone of his obedience to the Messenger (ﷺ) , that is, match it against the frequency and quality of where and how he has been following him (ﷺ). Once this is done, the genuine and the fake of it will be exposed right there. How much true a person turns out to be in his claim will be visible from how much he makes it a point to follow the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) using the guidance brought by him as the guiding force in his life. The same test will show that the weaker a person is in his claim, so equally weak he shall be in his obedience to the Prophet (ﷺ).
May Allah increase our love for His beloved Messenger (ﷺ) and enable us to follow his footsteps. Aameen.
