It's All About Sacrifice

Bismillah

We need Allah's guidance so much that we ask Allah many times everyday in our solat...

"Guide us to the straight path (al Fatihah 1:5). 

Allah immediately answers our du'a... 

"This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah" (al Baqarah 2:2)

If we know that Quran is the guidance, why then most people don't take learning the Quran seriously?

It's all about sacrifice ....

People will sacrifice  everything when they realize education is important to  get a "good job" so they can afford the comforts of this life...house, car, vacation, dining, social circles, etc. Parents will do everything to get their kids to top colleges. People will sacrifice parties, even Eid celebration, and their sleep to study or sit for their college exam.  

How many people will do the same or half of that when it comes to Quran and Islamic education for themselves or their children? 

We have to realize that Allah's Paradise is not cheap. If we want a nice home after we die, we must sacrifice our  desires. Repent. That means if you have to forego your sleep after fajr or wake up early to learn the Quran, you do that. Perhaps Allah will have mercy on you and grant you His Jannah.

May Allah make us of the people of taqwa and grant us the hiighest Jannah. Aameen
