Learn The Quran

We care about where we live, which college we go to, our next car, next job, next vacation, where our next meal going to come from, and all that we need to live comfortably on this earth. What about our souls, obstacles of death, graves, day of judgment, the bridge over hellfire, way to Paradise?

Those to whom We have given the Book recite it with its true recital. They [are the ones who] believe in it. And whoever disbelieves in it - it is they who are the losers.

[Quran, Al Baqarah 2:121]

Quran is our guide. Read it, listen to it and ask yourself "What does Allah wants from me?" Follow up with good deeds.

You will never go astray if you hold on to the Quran. But how do you hold on to the Quran when you don't understand the Quran? If you don't understand Quran, it's just an illusion.

Don't think that reciting and memorizing the Quran is equal to understanding it, practicing it, and inviting people to it. Quran should change the way we live. But Quran for most people is for Ramadhan rituals, ruqyah, someone being possessed, marriage, death, or birth.

Quran is your guide in this world and you need it when you migrate to the unseen world. Better start to understand it now ...
Not tomorrow
Not after exam, not after graduation
Not after marriage
Not after children are grown, or you are 80
Not after vacation...

Indeed, those who have said, "Our Lord is Allah " and then remained on a right course - the angels will descend upon them, [saying], "Do not fear and do not grieve but receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised.

[Quran, Fussilat 41:30]

May Allah grant us success in this life and the next. Aameen.
