Ramadhan is Over, Not Your Supplications and Good Actions

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate

The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) used to make preparations for Ramadhan six months in advance -- when they kept asking Allah to let them reach Ramadhan and in good health, and then for the next six months, they kept asking Allah to accept their worship of Ramadhan. This is the way of the best generation of the nation of Muhammad sallallahu alayhi wasallam. They took the matter of worshiping Allah very seriously. It is their way of life.

Continue your du'as. Du'a is the essence of worship. Worship is the expression of one's slavehood to Allah. Keep asking Allah to accept your worship in Ramadhan and have great hope in Allah that He accepts our actions in Ramadhan. Keep the spirit of Ramadhan going and always turning to Allah and seeking His forgiveness in abundance.

We should intend from now the good actions which we wish to perform after Ramadhan, and take the means to accomplish them.

May Allah accept our worship in Ramadhan, forgive and pardon us, and relieve the tribulations of the Ummah. May Allah grant us well being, and help us worship Him with excellence and do righteous deeds. Ameen.

Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa 'ala aalihi wa sahbihi wasallam.

And Allah knows best and He alone grants success.
