Read The Quran And Learn Tajweed

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says,

Those to whom We have given the Book recite it with its true recital. They [are the ones who] believe in it. And whoever disbelieves in it - it is they who are the losers.

[Quran, Al Baqarah 2:121]

When we recite the Quran, we are supposed to give its rights and its due.

Or add to it, and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation.(4)

[Quran, al Muzzammil 83:4]

Tajweed is the easiest of the Islamic sciences. Anybody who tries to learn the rules of tajweed will be able to master and perfect it.

So if you haven't learn tajweed, the Quran is telling you to learn tajweed and to recite the Quran in a manner that is useful, and that is to give every letter and every word its proper enunciation and to beautify your recitation to the best of your capability.

May Allah cause the Quran to be a barakah for us and a source of honor for us. May Allah cleanse our hearts of any evil, allow the Quran to be our light and cause the Quran to be our intercessor in the Day of Judgment. Aameen
