Personal Reflection -- All Good Things Come to An End Except Paradise

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate

Assalaamu alaykum

Indeed, all good things come to an end except Jannah (Paradise). And the pursuit of Jannah doesn’t end in Ramadhan or Shawwal, or with the six days Shawwal fasting or one khatam of the Qur'an. Allah, Exalted is He. says,

وَٱعْبُدْ رَبَّكَ حَتَّىٰ يَأْتِيَكَ ٱلْيَقِينُ ﴿٩٩

And worship your Rabb (Lord) until there comes to you the certainty (death). (99)

[Qur'an, Al-Hijr 15:99]

The life of a believer revolves around Allah no matter what time of the day it is, or what day of the week it is, or what month of the year it is. The five prayer times, Jumu'ah, Ramadhan, Shawwal, Arafah are simply means of realizing that ultimate reality.

May Allah grant us excellent ending. May Allah grant us His Noble Countenance and the highest Jannah, Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.

Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad wa 'ala aalihi wa sahbihi wasallam.

And Allah knows best and He alone grants success.
