Allah Is Kind To You, So Be Kind

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate
Assalaamu alaykum

Dear Friends

I pray that you are well.

Allah divided His Mercy into 100 parts, and distributed one part in His creation. 99 parts are left for the Day of Judgment. Allah reminded His mercy again and again in the Qur'an.

If someone gets off mark, and if Allah loves this person, He might give him a few problems. He realizes his mistakes and comes back to Allah. This is Al-Tawwab who guides him to come back to Him and once he comes back, He accepts his repentance.

Allah's door is never closed. Whatever mistakes we have done, however much we are ashamed of them, we should never ever think that we cannot come back to Allah. The people that Allah loves are not the ones who think they are perfect. So, seek forgiveness from Allah a lot and mend our ways.

"...O My servants, you commit sins by day and by night, and I forgive all sins, so seek forgiveness from Me and I shall forgive you..." (Muslim)

"O Son of Adam, as long as you invoke Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O Son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and you then asked forgiveness from Me, I would forgive you. O Son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the Earth, and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it [too]." (Tirmidhi)

Allah, Al-Ghaffar, is the One who conceals and covers our sins. He shows the beautiful and covers the ugly. Cover people's faults and Allah will cover our faults. Part of covering people's faults is to pretend not to see their faults. This is the most important ingredient in any successful relationship--pretending not to see the fault of the other person. In the Day of Judgment, for some people Allah will acquaint their sins in private and forgive their sins. For some others, Allah will transform their sins to good deeds.

Despite our sins, Allah keeps our Iman, the most precious thing that one can have in this life. Allah, Al-Halim, is not quick to get angry at us when we slip and gives us chances after chances. This is His love and kindness to us. When we open the Qur'an, we might feel frightened when Allah talks about Hell. Allah frightens us with the description of Hellfire so we turn to Him for forgiveness and avoid those actions that can take us there. Allah wants us to enter Paradise. We show this hope to others and wish the best for people and strive to make them better than they are.

May Allah make us means to goodness for everything. Ameen. Please don't forget us in your night prayers. Jazakallahu khairan.

And Allah knows best.
Wassalaam
